Lissa Coffey, Sun Sand & Ayurveda Host & team leader

Lissa Coffey is a lifestyle and wellness expert and the founder of CoffeyTalk.com. Lissa is world renowned for her “Ancient Wisdom, Modern Style” philosophy. She has appeared on The Today Show, Good Morning America, and many other national and local media outlets. Her popular CoffeyTalk YouTube channel features more than 400 original videos.

A best-selling author, Lissa has written 10 books, including the bestseller “What’s Your Dosha, Baby? Discover the Vedic Way for Compatibility in Life and Love.” Deepak Chopra says: “Coffey brings the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda to a contemporary audience and shows us how to discover more about ourselves and our relationships.”

Beth Manos Brickey, Sun Sand & Ayurveda team leader

Beth Manos Brickey is the face and force behind Tasty Yummies, a top lifestyle destination for readers with a wide range of dietary challenges who want to feel good, take control of their health and eat well. Bringing personal experience, knowledge, empathy and humor to the goal of living and eating well with intolerances and allergies, Beth is a firm believer in the power of foods that heal. Beth teaches mindful, dynamic, flow-based vinyasa classes with a strong awareness on alignment. Her flow classes focus on technical precision with a lot of information to take your yoga practice to the next level. Though her classes contain a lot of movement and have a strong flow, you can expect to find the pace slowed down enough that you can comprehend the cues of precise alignment and breath awareness, to properly link the movement to your breath and reap the full benefits of your practice.

Beth received her advanced teaching credentials (500 hr RYT) through American Yoga School in Venice Beach, CA under James Brown’s instruction.
